Cancelation Policy

The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require a minimum of 24-Hours-notice for individual services and 48 hours on packages of two services or more. Please call or Tex us at (202) 394-8727

We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy. 100% of the service will be charged for cancellations and changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full appointment.

Please Check In at the front desk. If it is your first visit with our Spa for massage, and body work you will need to fill out Spa forms for our records. If you have any questions or inquiries, please ask at after business hours please leave your message on our voicemail.


To receive the splendor and full pampering of your service we would like to suggest that you please turn off your cell phone off or on silent while inside the Spa.
